Checking In Time:

Check-in is between 16:30 – 18:30. We would be grateful if you could let us know your estimated arrival time. If you wish to arrive at a different time please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please phone us by 18:00 if you are running late, so that we are available to welcome you.

Departure:

We ask that you check out by 10.30am on the day of departure. We may be able to offer late check-out on request subject to availability (fees apply).

Breakfast Times:

Breakfast is served between 08.00-09.00am. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of you cancelling your booking we will make every effort to re-let the room(s). However, if we are unable to do so, you can be legally liable to pay the total value of the booking. In order to avoid this, we strongly advise you to insure against cancellation. www.world-first.co.uk is one company supplying reasonably priced holiday cover.

Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.

Parking:

There is parking on the drive for 2 cars on a first come first served basis. In addition to this, there is plenty of free parking on the quiet road without any time restrictions. Cars are left at owners’ risk.

Room Allocation:

The proprietor reserves the right to offer an alternative room to the one reserved.

Smoking:

We are a non- smoking guesthouse. Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and charged in full for your entire stay plus an additional £100 for specialist cleaning to your room.

Pets:

Sorry we do not allow pets.
