Visit Cascade Gardens’ Inspiration and its rooms

The design is inspired by Japanese gardens and a Buddhist philosophy. Most importantly the intention is to ‘refresh the soul and celebrate nature’.

The garden offers many ‘rooms’ with seats to sit and ponder. In other words it offers more quiet corners to encourage reflection and meditation.

Cascades provides ‘a sense of peace, stillness and energy. Accordingly, wherever you are in the garden you can hear the soothing sound of water for most of the year’.

The owners can offer lots of friendly help and advice when buying Bonsai pots, tools and materials too.

The refreshment area offers tea, coffee, and homemade cakes for sale and with an entry fee for the garden of only £7 it can make for a very pleasant afternoon.

The garden is open every day except Wednesdays from 1st March to 30th September and opens from 10am until 4pm with last entry at 3pm.
